REPORTS TO:
Vessel Supervisor

SUMMARY:
As a Vessel Welder/Fitter, your responsibilities include fitting and welding metal pressure vessels based on drawings provided, using techniques that adhere to all specifications for vessels, piping, and welding assembly.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must have experience with fabrication and welding of pressure vessels

Read prints, layout, fit, and weld as required

Experience with SMAW, GMAW, FCAW/CTAW weld processes

Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Rigging along with the use of overhead and jib cranes

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Journeyman trades certificate (preferably welding or pipe fitting)

2+ years of experience in vessel welding/fitting is required

B-Pressure Certificate

Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is considered an asset

Ability to pass a pre-employment functional, alcohol, and drug
