1 st Shift | 6:30am ?????? 3:00pm w/ OT available
Pay: $24.09/hour
Our client is seeking a qualified Welder to join their company in Rochester, MN! You will be responsible for maintaining key performance metrics such as safety, quality, and delivery. You will need to weld to AWS specs spot weld, operate a variety of tools and equipment.
Job Duties:
- Operate weld equipment as directed by supervisor.
- Perform all positions and types of welding including certified.
- Report labor and job data accurately.
- Maintain quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and neat work area.
- Perform other jobs within the department or plant as required by supervision.
Requirements:
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 lbs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to read and understand prints, bills of material, ARI, and safety notices.
