What you know:

• How to operate various warehousing and/or production systems
• Familiarity with production processes including but not limited to assembly lines, welding, and machining
• How to take and give instruction, both verbal and written
• How to motivate others to ensure efficiencies and quality control standards are met
• How to manage time, both with workload processes and time management systems

What you’ll do:

• Ensure daily attendance and efficiencies are met by 2nd shift employees
• Participate in the hiring and development of the team, including manufacturing associates, welders, and machinists
• Direct, support, and delegate tasks to employees and provide consistent and thorough feedback
• Represent High Lifter professionally, promoting policies and programs and approaching challenges in a positive manner
• Inspect parts for defects or other issues, ensuring quality control standards are met

• Enforce all safety procedures, ensure clean-up of work areas daily
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements
Several hours standing and moving
Occasional lifting to 50 pounds, frequent lifting 30 pounds or less
Limited exposure to environmental conditions typical of a production environment
