ConeCraft is a design and manufacturing company providing equipment to the biopharmaceutical industry. Our focus is on innovation, and we take pride in designing solutions to meet our customers’ needs. All equipment is designed and manufactured in-house which makes it an excellent fit for someone who enjoys seeing equipment conceptualized and then manufactured and tested.

ConeCraft employs approximately 160 people and individuals work closely together. The environment is fast-paced and all positions in the company require some cross functionality and teamwork.

ConeCraft has grown steadily since starting in 2003. The TIG WELDER positions have been created to help manage growth and meet our customers’ schedule needs. Welders at ConeCraft are an important part of the team as the functionality and appearance of our finished equipment is of paramount importance.

ConeCraft certifies all TIG Welders to ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code Section IX. ConeCraft is an ASME Code certified shop and only manufactures stainless steel equipment.

Skills and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • TIG weld stainless steel sheet, primarily 7 gauge through 14 gauge, as well as plate and tubing
  • ConeCraft provides additional training on the job but candidate must demonstrate ability to TIG weld at interview
  • Ability to read and understand dimensioned drawings
  • Ability to read a tape measure is required
  • Strong work ethic is expected
  • Ability to work well as part of the team and a willingness to move between projects as needed is required
