Overview
AJR Marine Windows builds windows and doors for a variety of boats. We have a reputation for building quality windows and doors throughout North America.
We are looking for an entry level person to learn the art of window bending. It is done on a hydraulic machine with precision and accuracy. We will provide hands on training built around a system that we have used for over 30 years. This position has a variety of extrusions that you will learn to bend, each one built custom to our customer’s specification. It also involves cutting marking, window assembly, screens and other variety of tasks.
You will need to be organized, a detail learner, good note taker, and ability to solve problems as there is a science to the characteristics of each window. As you get more comfortable this position will produce a steady volume of windows. You will work with other team members to create an efficient flow.
If you are a focused, hard working individual that likes to finish a project from start to finish, this position may be satisfying to you. Previous experience with machinery, electric tools, and precision devices will be beneficial but not essential.
