Summary;

The Successful applicant must be extremely proficient in Aluminum TIG welding, as well as Aluminum and Steel MIG.

Duties;

*Fabricate Aluminum components/ trailers , performing TIG and MIG welding.

*Cut/ fold materials using shears, saw, plasma cutter, break press, and vairious other tools

*Operate power and hand tools including drills, grinders, saw, floor jacks, impact gun, rivet gun

*Capable of working independently, and part of a team.

*Ability to plan, prioritize and organize workloads.

*Working to fine tolerances.

*Pro-actively participate in continuous improvement and product development.

*Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with fellow workers, staff and customers

*New trailer manufacturing, as well as trailer maintenance, repairs and modifications.

*12 volt wiring experience

*110 volt wiring experience

*mechanical experiance— wheel bearings/ seals, brakes ect.

*Ability to follow detailed work instructions, and maintain high quality standards

*Ability to lift a min. of 50lb

*prolonged periods of standing, stooping, bending

*Potential exposure to heights and hazards related to working in the welding / fabrication environment

*Possible Exposure to environmental conditions including heating, cold, humidity, noise, dust,

Education and Experience;

*Minimum of 2 years Aluminum TIG welding experience– or college class equivalent.

*College classes in welding technology desired

*Basic mechanical ability, knowledge and experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 – $35.00 per hour
