Full Time Aluminum Welder needed to build aluminum work barges, T-Tops, Stairs, Ect. After working with us and learning the business, we would be willing to sell you a portion of this profitable growing business if you desire to be a long term employee / owner. We will have no problem keeping you busy since we build about 1 barge every 5 weeks. We have built about 30 barges over the past 3 years and have plenty of demand for our barges. Our normal business hours are 7am – 4PM but your hours can be flexible. We let our welders decide together the days and hours to work, but the welders do not need to work at the same time.
In the next year or so, we will need a new manager to run the day to day operations and handle sales and purchasing since our existing manager would like to retire or become part time. Our existing manager will stay to train a new manager. It would be ideal if the manager had welding skills, sales skills and has contacts in the marine industry.
