Overview
ACSM is seeking an experienced Aluminum TIG welder/fabricator to work in our South End Charlotte facility. This is an immediate opening. This position requires welding on aluminum 95% of the time. Do not apply if this will be a problem.
TIG & MIG on aluminum up to 1/2 in thick is required but most is 1/8″-1/4″with some sheet as thin as .090. Must be able to read plans and cut material down for fab. CNC experience is a big plus. General fabrication, assembly, and sign industry experience is also preferred. Must have attention to detail, be able to lift 80 lbs, and have reliable transportation.
Located in Charlotte’s South End neighborhood, ACSM provides in-house design, fabrication, logistical support, and Installation of Wayfinding Systems, Custom Signs, Public Art, and Architectural Environments.
