Bring your welding skills and join a team of great people! Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with ShoreMaster, a leading manufacturer of premium docks and lifts, located in Fergus Falls, MN. We are seeking candidates for an Aluminum Welder on Day and Night shifts. This position will work Monday through Thursday with overtime on Friday. Compensation for this role is based on experience and weld test. Night shift employees will earn a $3/hour shift differential! Interested? Get more details below!
Aluminum Welder Main Responsibilities:
- Weld aluminum parts together using gas and arc welding
- Position and clamp together components of fabricated metal products preparatory to welding
- Conduct quality control inspection of welds
- Follow safety policies, procedures, rules and safe work methods; along with making safety suggestions to support continuous improvements in safety
Aluminum Welder Key Requirements:
- Prior welding experience or certification; prefrence to those with aluminum welding experience
- Attention to detail and quality of welds
- Must be a good team player with a positive attitude and good work history
