Overview
Apprentice 1st year – Welder
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Ø Measuring and cutting of material from bandsaw, ironworker, drill press, shop saw;
Ø 1 year of experience;
Ø Operation of overhead crane & forklift & telehandler;
Ø Adherence to pre-established standards of performance, shop safety policies and procedures;
Ø Maintain a safe work environment within the department and on each job;
Ø Consistently punctual and available for 40 hours of work per week;
Ø Perform other duties as assigned.
Terms of Employment:
Ø Salary: Salary to be discussed;
Ø Shift hours: Monday to Friday 7am to 5 pm
Ø Full time position;
Ø Place of work: 5903 – 45 Street, Leduc, Alberta, T9E 7B3.
