Looking for an apprentice automotive technician with previous experience in welding or fabrication. Job will require custom building exhaust systems, lots of welding with mainly MIG and TIG applications. Diagnosing emission systems, frequent use of scanners and software, wiring up new vehicles for trailer towing, installation of trailer hitches, air bag installations with compressors, exhaust manifold replacement and extraction of broken bolts, following fastener torque specifications, reading instructions.

We are a very busy Hitch and exhaust shop which is centered around this specific field. We do not do full service automotive repair. Majority of training will be on the job but we would prefer someone with at least some of the required skill set.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $16.00-$24.00 per hour

Additional pay:
