Overview
Metal Form Industries is a small welding and fabrication shop located just outside of Innisfail, Alberta. We manufacture a variety of products from tool boxes and welding skids to agricultural products and custom cabs for the recreational industry. We serve local and international businesses across Canada and the US as well as the general public.
We are currently looking for a reliable and self-motivated Apprentice or Journeyperson Welder/Fabricator to join our team.
Wage: $18-$30/hr to start with opportunities for advancement

Requirements:
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and also within a team environment
- Attention to detail and high quality workmanship
- Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn
- Physically fit
- Knowledge and experience with basic hand/power tools
- Operational knowledge and experience with MIG welding (preference giving to those with TIG experience)
- Must hold a valid class 5 drivers license
Job Duties may include:
- Manufacturing of various products from tool boxes, custom cabs, agricultural equipment to sub assemblies
- Rig, hoist and move materials to storage areas or within the worksite
- Structural welding, fabrication and assembly
- Operate various tools such as hand tools, cutting torches, grinders, saws, drills, shears and brake presses
- Operate forklifts and cranes
