APPRENTICE PRODUCTION WELDER

We have an immediate opening for a motivated apprentice welder who has recently graduated with a skilled trade certificate in welding. We will provide onsite training.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Must be able to read and follow drawing and specifications as needed.
  • Must be able to read and understand basic measuring tools.
  • Welds in flat, horizontal, vertical, or overhead positions.
  • GMAW (MIG) welding for high production quantities.
  • High Production Welding of Structural components: Tube, Beams, Angles, plates
  • Must be able to set-up, monitor and troubleshoot welding machine, gas, wire, settings, and cables.
  • Cleans or degreases weld joint or workpiece.
  • Other duties may be assigned

Expected start date: 2021-06-15

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Salary: From $20.00 per hour
