Concrete Genius Manufacturing Inc. is a fast-paced, innovative technology company located in Athabasca, Alberta, that designs, manufacturers, and supports cloud-connected mobile concrete production platforms. Spun off from the manufacturing division of Rock Solid Concrete, we bring the experience of a concrete producer, ensuring we remain connected with our customers’ needs. We have an international market with our technology being employed by companies from Alberta to Florida and California to New York.

Job Description

We are currently looking for talented Apprentice welders to join our team. As a welder at Concrete Genius, you will be working alongside other Journeyman Welders, Supervisors, Hydraulic Specialists, Electricians, and Assemblers to complete various tasks. Tasks as an apprentice welder include:

. Lifting up to 50lbs worth of various metals

. Welding various forms of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum (Experience is an asset)

. Working alongside Journeyman to complete tasks

. Reading and analyzing blueprints to correctly complete objectives

. Fitting parts together properly (Fitting experience is an asset)

. Working with other employees to complete tasks, finish deadlines

. Mig welding (Experience is an asset)

Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
