Overview
Position: Apprentice Welder/Millwright
Location: Lloydminster, AB
Seeking a mechanically inclined individual who has welding experience. Must be physically capable of lifting heavy equipment and maneuvering around tractor trailers. We install and maintain equipment essential for the fluid hauling industry. We manufacture brackets, piping, rebuild gear pumps and install hydraulics.
Key Responsibility:
– Physically fit and must be able to lift 50lbs
– Welding and fabrication
– Rebuilding pumps
– Perform work in a safe manner
Required Qualification:
– 2nd year Welder/Millwright apprentice or better
– Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
– Mechanically inclined
– Previous experience rebuilding pumps an asset
– Own transportation
– Basic tools an asset
– Steel toed boots
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
– Must be dependable
– Ability to communicate effectively
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Must be organized and able to complete tasks from start to finish
Work Conditions:
– Shop environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship
Salary: $22.00-$34.00 per hour
