Raven Metapro Systems Inc. is a busy metal flashing and cladding (Roofing) company with over 17 years of professionalism, quality craftsmanship and success. The office and shop are located at 192nd and 34A in Surrey and our projects are located across the Lower Mainland and into the Fraser Valley.

We are currently accepting applications for the position of Arcitectural Sheet Metal Fabricator – to work at location (Shop) to compliment our metal division projects.

In this role you will assist the Metal Shop Foreman in fabricating metal flashings for assigned job sites. You and your team will organize and fill metal orders from Raven job sites and prepare ongoing updates to the Architectural Sheet Metal Superintendent and General Manager.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to function efficiently under pressure, manage multiple demands and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working with equipment such as a Brake, Schere, Locker, and other miscellaneous power tools
  • Working knowledge of the installation of flashing and metal cladding systems as per site specifics
  • Meticulous at measuring metal as per specs outlined on the measuring sheets
  • Quality fabrication skills when preparing flashings and wall systems
  • Comfortable working at heights and using machinery and power tools
  • Requirements:
  • 1-3 years experience in architectural sheet metal fabrication
  • Have a working knowledge of the installation of sheet metal products
  • Experience working with shears, shop equipment, soldering and fabrication of various flashing, roof, and wall panels
  • A valid BCDL with the submission of the Drivers Abstract
