Overview
We are looking for an experienced architectural shop fabricator to join our team. It is essential you have knowledge and experience using CNC leaf breaks, toggle lock punch, box and pan break, sheet layout, counter balance forklift, brazing, CNC shear, reading and interpreting drawings, and all the typical sheet metal hand tools.
The type of work you would be preforming would be fabricating custom made architectural sheet metal products like vents, louvers, ornate chimney caps, scuppers, drains, square to rounds, etc. Your role would also be supervisory along side the shop foreman of junior shop fabricators giving them guidance and direction.
We have a schedule that gives all employees every second Friday off while still allowing them their full wages. A typical work week would consist of Monday to Thursday 6:30 to 4 (9hrs) with two thirty minute breaks, one Friday 6:30 to 3 (8 hrs), and one Friday off in a pay period. After a 3 month probation period you would be offered benefits that include extended health and dental along with long and short term disability. Every year we have multiple company sponsored events / trips.
