Overview

Carolina Bronze is looking for an experienced Art Foundry Metal Worker. As a metal worker you must have good attendance, follow directions, team player, and take initiative. This is 40-hour week, year-round employment with some benefits.

The work includes but is not limited to:

Responsibilities:

· Candidates should have at least 1 year of TIG welding experience.

· Must feel comfortable attending a TIG welding test on-site at the facility.

· Must be able to finish welding seams until they disappear

· Assist with bronze pours, media blasting and other finish work as required

· Wear proper safety equipment as required for job

· Maintain tools and be responsible for basic housekeeping in your area

· Mechanically inclined and skilled with hand, air, and power tools.

  • Organized, task-driven, and able to work independently as well as within a crew.

· Ability to read a tape measure to a sixteenth (1/16) of an inch.

· Must have strong problem-solving skills.

  • Must be able occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have or be willing to get COVID vaccine
