Overview

Split-fire Sales, a manufacturer of Log Splitters, Wood Chippers, and custom products is looking for a candidate in assembly and light fabrication. Split-fire is a manufacturing company that produces quality equipment, so the candidate must have an eye for quality when assembling and preparing machines for paint.

‪Responsibilities:

  • Complete preassembly for paint process.
  • Fabricate parts for custom machines.
  • Complete light weld processes after preassembly.
  • Perform quality control and machines before paint
  • Paint parts in primer for preassembly.
  • Maintain and clean work area.
  • Unloading and organization of components.

  • Ability to work safely with the correct PPE at all times
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to use simple computer programs
  • ‪Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with both office and manufacturing staff
  • ‪Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • ‪Problem-solving skills
  • ‪Good attention to detail and quality

‪Compensation:

  • $24-26/HR wage plus bonuses (Starting wage dependent on experience)
  • Split-fire Health Benefits commence after probation period.
  • Job Type: Full Time (44hr work week).
  • Overtime may be required.
