Responsibilities:


Summary

We are looking for an Assembler to join our team. We focus on driving exceptional customer service by providing the highest quality at the lowest price, with the quickest delivery. The Assembler will support this mission utilizing our Trust, Bias For Action and Entrepreneurial Cultural Attributes.


Responsibilities

  • Seaming of pleat packs including hot melt glue, sonic welding, and metal strip methods.
  • Cutting and assembling of plastic outer wraps.
  • Cutting of cores using miter saw, or plasma workstation
  • Attachment of gaskets at final assembly.
  • Use MC for material allocations and inspections if assigned MC user login.
  • Packaging at work station as required


Tools Used

  • Measuring Tape
  • Hot melt glue station
  • Plasma & saw core cutting station
  • Sonic Welder
  • Mechanical air driven crimper
  • Hand tools including screwdrivers, and adjustable wrenches, utility knife

Qualifications:


Qualifications

  • Ability to read and follow instructions provided on work orders and work instructions
  • Ability to use tools and measuring devices provided


Physical Demands

  • Constant standing on hard surface floors
  • Lifting up to 30 lbs.
  • Standing, kneeling, reaching, twisting, bending, sitting
  • Minimal walking within work area
  • Minimal climbing (1-3 step ladders or platforms)
  • Use utility knife for cutting materials
  • Pushing mobile carts
