Overview
Cape Fear Precast is seeking a qualified candidate for a position in the Welding/Maintenance Department. Employee must have 2 years experience in mig welding and working in a shop/maintenance environment. Basic tool knowledge and housekeeping skills a must.
Position requires you to work individually and together on a variety of tasks. Equipment maintenance and repairs, welding and fabrication of concrete forms, basic blueprint reading, etc. Seeking only candidates that want to be a permanent part of a growing company that manufacturers products vital to the construction industry.
Willing to train the right person.
Candidate must be in good physical health. Able to lift 50 pounds occasionally. Ability to stand, walk, and lift. Ability to take direction from supervisor to maintain a safe and productive environment and meet daily production goals.
