MoveMobility Inc is a Canadian company headquartered in Winnipeg, whose core focus is designing and fabricating wheelchair accessible vehicles, for commercial and personal use. We’re producing user centric, technology first vehicles, to supply this rapidly growing market. We have an immediate opening for an Automotive Technician / Welder at our Winnipeg, Manitoba location.
Responsibilities:
· Steel welding and fabrication primarily MIG welding
· Assembly, fitting, and installation of parts
· Vehicle finishing
· Prepare reports and record work as required
· Use of hand tools, and power tools
Basic Qualifications:
· Minimum two years of welding experience
· Mechanical aptitude
· Motivated self-self starter with a Positive Attitude
· Must have a valid MB Driver’s License
· Hands on shop/practical experience
· Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
· Strong English Communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
· Welding ticket(s) (SMAW, FCAW) an asset
· Automotive background an asset
