Overview
Di Bosco Cabinets & Millwork Ltd. is a young, rapidly growing cabinet shop that is outfitted for production efficiency with its inclusion of a state-of-the-art CNC with upgraded KCD software, a paint booth and various other necessities to deliver on projects ranging from complex custom design cabinetry to mass production for developments. At Di Bosco Cabinets and Millwork Ltd. a candidate will have the opportunity to jump in right at its beginnings and grow with the organization and help dictate the trajectory of Di Bosco.
We are looking for candidates with prior experience in a carpentry and/or cabinetry industry to join the shop, which boasts a senior operator with over 20 years of experience in the industry, as they will be looking to take on some or all the responsibilities as listed below.
Responsibilities:
– Unloading and marking all piece from the CNC
– Assembly of bases/uppers with “Dado” slotting, stapling and gluing
– Edging all doors and panels using an SCM EdgeBanding machine
– Repairing any paneling or cabinetry from water/fire damages with the appropriate methods
– Staining, painting and coating any panelling, doors, cabinetry within the facilities paint booth
– Maintaining various machines with preventative maintenance measures as documented
– Wrapping and protecting all cabinetry completed ready for shipping with a motorized stretch wrap turntable
– Installation of cabinetry on smaller projects like vanities, gables, toe kicks, or full cabinetry as determined
– Creating documentation for operation of machines or methods as well as potential for report creations for projects

Candidates are welcome from all ranges of experience and skill sets, from the non-experience with a great work ethic, to the trained and experienced professional with numerous years in the industry. Depending on your experience, the wage is from $20.00 – $35.00 per hour with health benefits to be offered with the company in due time.
Minimum Requirements:
– Great work ethic with self-motivating attitude
– English Language required
– Ability and experience with power tools and circulating saws
– Confidence in taking initiative and leading others
– MS Office basics for running word/excel reports and sign offs on projects
– Punctual and attentive to requests
