Overview
POSITION SUMMARY:
Will be working primarily on customizing for commercial industrial applications. Customization includes Mobile Welding Services. We use Arc Stick welding for steel and spool gun Mig Welding for Aluminum welding. 70% of the projects will be outdoors. Our work ranges from industrial – commercial and residential to repairs on projects such as staircases, trailers, structural building, boats, machining and more. Applicants must be able to read and interpret shop drawings on a daily basis.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must be able to read and interpret shop drawings
- Must be experienced in all positions (Stick & MIG)
- Custom Fabricationand repair for framing (steel and aluminum), stairs, decks, fences, openings etc.
- Must work in accordance with Health and Safety regulations, and company rules, policies, and procedures
- Must be able to work both independently, and with a group depending on the job at hand
- Must be able to use power tools (grinding, drills, cutting torches, plasma cutting etc)
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Will be working indoors and outdoors
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- We supply most shop tools
- Must have own welding helmet and general welder fitter tools
- Must wear safety shoes and PPE’
