The ideal candidate will be an experienced operator; however if you have strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and have a general knowledge of industrial machinery, but lack specific experience, you could start out assisting CNC laser and CNC brake press operators by removing scrap, moving metal parts, learning from the seasoned operators, and grow from there!
