Overview
We currently are seeking a Commercial Transport and Heavy Duty Mechanic/Welder to maintain in good working order our fleet of gravel trucks, rock trucks, and heavy equipment including bulldozers, loaders, excavators, and mining equipment.
Key Functions:
- Perform routine maintenance services and safety inspections to a variety of commercial trucks, transfer trailers and heavy equipment
- Diagnose and repair basic hydraulic, electrical and engine systems
- Replace typical wear items on trucks, transfer trailers, low bed trailers
- Communicate repair work and replacement parts required with supervisor
- Welding/fabricating repairs
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday plus additional overtime and Saturdays when needed
Skills and Certification
- Team oriented capable of working with others
- Self motivated able to work with minimal supervision
- Good diagnostic skills

Experience
- Minimum 3 years
- General welding and fabrication

Salary: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
