Custom Fabricators & Welders Job Description:
1. Able to Weld Proficiently
2. Able to operate standard tooling and equipment associated with welding
a. Cut off saws
b. Grinders
c. Cold saws
d. Band saws
e. Positioning tools
f. Drill presses
g. And other finishing tools
3. Demonstrate proficiency in general assembly, layout of mechanical parts and other
items prior to welding
4. Demonstrate multi process capabilities
5. Must have good interpersonal skills (meaning you should have the ability to get along
with others while getting the job done)
6. Any other duties as requested by supervisor or management team
Advanced level Welder
1. AWS/CWI Welder
2. Able to set up and breakdown
3. Able to service multi-process welding equipment and associated machinery
4. Able to calculate complex cuts, bevels, and other challenges
5. Possess higher levels of learning certificates (continuing education CEU certifications)
and experience
6. Demonstrate tenure of leadership
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Prior welding experience
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Must be able to work long periods in the heat and lift up to 50lbs.
