Dynamo is one of Saskatchewan’s fastest growing and most specialized electrical service providers – providing engineering, design-build construction, testing and electrical maintenance for utilities and industrial clients.

Our Regina office requires a CWB Fitter/Welder to provide support to our growing Metal Fabrication Division.

By joining our Steel Fabrication team, you will be exposed to both shop and on-site work environments and will require the following qualifications:

  • Ability to obtain CWB 47.1 Tickets FCAW (1GF, 2GF) and SMAW (1GF, 2GF, 3GF, 4GF)
  • Inter-Provincial Welding Certificate and pressure ticket would be an asset.
  • Current Valid Driver’s Licence & Driver’s Abstract required.
  • Must be able to read and understand shop drawings
  • Familiar with all common shop hand and power tools
  • Ability to pay careful attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a minimal supervision environment and perform all welding responsibilities to an acceptable standard.
  • Motivated self-starter.
  • Careful attention to detail.
  • The willingness to continuously further their skills and abilities.
  • You are reliable; mechanically inclined; able to follow directions; have the ability to think on your feet, as well as flourish in a team environment.
  • Physically fit to lift and move heavy items up to 50 lbs.
  • Physical fitness test and drug and alcohol test will be required.
  • Repetitive tasks which may require pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, stooping, & twisting;
  • Ability to tolerate varying conditions of noise, temperature, and air quality;
  • May involve overhead work and heights.
  • Shifts are 10 hours, Monday to Thursday with OT as required.
