We are pleased to offer the full-time permanent position of a Field Welder
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Red Seal Welder and/ or CWB SMAW All Positions
- Interpret welding process specifications
- Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawing’s specifications, manuals and processes; examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/ or specifications.
- Repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads
- Manual dexterity, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination
- Sitting and/ or standing for extended periods
REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and clean drivers abstract
- Experience welding in an industrial setting
- CWB SMAW All Positions Certificate
