General Laborer Essential Functions and Duties
- Must be able to work up to 60 hrs./week in stressful situations and in adverse conditions.
- Must be dependable and show up to work each day.

- Must be able to do physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs. daily.
- Must be willing to travel.
- Cannot be afraid of heights.
- Must be drug-free, be able to pass E-Verify and a background check and have reliable transportation.
Welder Essential Functions and Duties
- Must be able to work up to 60 hrs./week in stressful situations and in adverse conditions.
- Must be dependable and show up to work each day.
- Must be fully-tooled with all of the necessary hand tools to perform the work.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of work experience in the steel construction industry. Preference given to those with intermediate to advanced pre-engineered metal building and insulated metal panel experience.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, but not required.
- OSHA 10/30 training.
- Must be drug-free, be able to pass E-Verify and a background check, and have reliable transportation.

Crane Operator Essential Functions and Job Duties
- Must have a passion for jobsite safety and be willing/able to work safely and efficiently in stringent environments, such as refineries.
- Must be able to work up to 60 hrs./week in stressful situations and in adverse conditions.
- Must be dependable and show up to work each day.
- Willingness to travel project to project and work out-of-town, as required.
- Must be versatile and willing to pitch in where ever needed to help the team, even if the crane is idle.
- Must be drug-free, be able to pass E-Verify and a background check, and have reliable transportation.
