CHASE Professionals is actively recruiting for a Robotic Welder with a metal stamping manufacturer in South Charlotte, NC. Long term opportunity with a very stable company and a great benefits package when hired!

Second shift would be ideal, but could be open to a first shift for the right talent

1 st shift hours: 7am-4:30pm Monday – Friday

2 nd shift hours: 4pm to 12:30am Monday – Friday

Pay: Flexible based on experience and abilities. Looking for a strong, experienced welder. Please include salary requirements when applying. All will be considered.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Robotic welder programming experience: Program, set-up, operator. Panasonic/Miller would be ideal, but most any could fit with some training.

  • Read and interpret drawings and specifications

  • Prep materials for welding using various power tools

  • Weld metals using GMAW (MIG) and GTAW (TIG) processes and equipment

  • Knowledgeable of welding quality requirements and able to inspect welds relative to standard acceptance criteria

  • Adhere to safety rules and procedures

  • Perform work effectively and efficiently

  • Oversee and directs Welding Helpers in performing above tasks

  • Cooperatively work with others


  • Experience in MIG and TIG welding highly preferred.

  • Experience in welding various metals, primarily steel

  • Ability to use measuring devices, such as micrometers and calipers

  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

  • Basic knowledge of reading blue prints and work instructions.
