Overview
Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) on the welded joint joining the 30″-PNG-J10-4103-H line with F-203 outlet header ring. The job will be performed at the Company operation site located at Punta Europa, Malabo, Bioko Island, Equatorial Guinea, west Africa
1. Two (2) experienced ASNT Level 2 PWHT technicians.
2. Approved PWHT procedures.
3. Ceramic heating pads.
4. PWHT report along with the graph for each completed weld. The documents shall be submitted to AMPCO Inspection section Supervisor or his designee the following date of completing testing.
Contractor’s personnel shall have all required inoculations and shall carry inoculation certifications.
Contractor shall provide anti-malaria medication to all Contractor’s personnel.
Contractor shall provide in advance resumes and valid ASNT PWHT Level 2 Certification.
Contractor’s personnel shall comply with Company’s site regulations. Contractor shall provide all deliverables as listed .
HES Requirements While at Company’s Work Site, all safety apparel and equipment for Contractor’s Personnel, including, but not limited to, safety footwear, safety gloves, welder’s gloves, fire retardant clothes and the like, shall be deemed to be part of Contractor Furnished Items and shall be furnished by Contractor at no additional cost to Company.
All such safety equipment shall meet the standards of applicable regulatory agencies. Contractor Personnel reporting to Work without the proper safety apparel and equipment shall not be permitted on the Work Site. Failure of Contractor Personnel to report to Work with the proper safety apparel and equipment shall render Contractor in default and no compensation shall be paid for such Contractor Personnel until remedied. Contractor shall provide the certificates of training of Contractor’s personnel as required by Company and prior to the beginning of the Work.
