Overview
Experienced Welder Fitter needed immediately for permanent, full time position. South Central Industrial is a busy structural steel production shop. Competitive wages paid according to education and work experience. Ideal candidates will hold current CWB all position flux core / metal core tickets and have minimum three years experience fitting. Must have knowledge and experience working with heavy steel and have fluent understanding of steel shop safety practices and procedures. Experience working with lift trucks, man lifts, pneumatic air tools, torches, gases, applicable to position will be an asset, as well as any previous certifications. Full employer paid family benefits and RRSP’s offered after successful completion of probation.

We have mandatory safety app that each employee downloads, a questionnaire is to be filled out every morning before work. We also do temperature scans at the start of each shift. Nightly disinfection of all common areas as well all equipment, vehicles etc
