Overview
*** All Full-Time Employees receive Health and Dental insurance paid for by the company for them and their dependents after the standard 90 day probation period.
Employees will be responsible for welding/ fitting in the Fabrication Shop. Will work under direct Supervision of Welding Foreman and assist in other areas of fabrication as needed.
Requirements:
- Candidate must pass welding test.
- Must have Sub Arc experience and be able to show capability in a performance test.
- Candidate must have good attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to perform the physical requirements of work performed in a factory setting and exposure to a shop environment such as noise, dust, odors and fumes.
- Able to perform the physical duties of climbing, bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting, reaching, sitting, standing, walking, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, repetitive motions, talking, hearing, and visual acuity. The ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Employees may be subject to random drug and alcohol testing.
- Candidate must be willing to follow all safety rules and regulations.
- Work experience in a manufacturing work environment is preferred.
- Willing to work overtime, holidays and weekends as required.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour
