$14.00 – $17.00 (based on previous work experience)
Fabrication Assistant – The role of the Fabrication Assistant is to assist in the fabrication of Sheet metal products & prepare them for shipping.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Use of measuring tape.
· Use of hand tools.
· Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
· Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
· Must be able to take instruction from supervisor(s)
· Ability to lift minimum 50 lbs.
· Operate one or more types of machine in metal fabrication process (press brake, laser or spot welder/clincher). [Previous experience preferred but not required – We are willing to train staff for this job]
This job job does require High School level English skills.
Hours of Operation:
Monday – Thursday: 8 am to 5:15 pm
Friday: 8:00 am – 12:15pm
Company Summary: We are a manufacturer of Heating and Air Conditioning Equipment. We also operate a metal fabrication shop with cutting and bending equipment. We are located in Bradford, Ontario and have been in business since 2003.
