Overview
Duties include but are not limited to:
Planning & Co-ordinating fabrication schedule to meet deadlines
Managing & hiring Fabrication Staff (welders, painters, fabricators, shop helpers)
Purchasing material & shop supplies
Developing a purchasing database & obtaining negotiated pricing with suppliers
Developing a Mentorship Plan for Business Development
The successful candidate must have the following skills & knowledge:
Must be organized & able to multi-task
Must have experience in management of employees
Computer skills with knowledge of the following: Windows operating platforms, MS Outlook, Smartsheets, tech savvy with iPhone/iPad.
Ability to read production drawings & knowledge of construction & electrical systems
This position is Monday through Friday with overtime as required.
