Overview
Mac’s Tech Inc. is a fabrication shop located in Langley. We are seeking to hire for the position of a full time Fabrication Shop Labourer.
Our starting/training wage is $16-18/hr depending on personal experience and capability shown.
Benefits are available after a 3 month probationary period.
Shift hours of Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.
This job opportunity comes with the possibility of welding and forklift training, as well as growth within the company/job position.
**Please note this work is rain or shine, all year round. Our shop work is predominantly conducted outdoors**
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in loading and unloading of various steel materials
Assist with moving steel materials
General cleaning and sweeping
General fabrication assistance
Use of power tools such as chop saws and grinders
Use of pressure washer
Possible use of paint sprayer
Quality control/assurance
Safety from start to finish
REQUIREMENTS:
Steel toed boots
Driver’s license and own personal vehicle
Physical stamina and strength
Capable of lifting 40lbs minimum
Fluent in verbal and written English
Teamwork and communication skills
Compliance with all company policies
