Overview

Seeking 2 experienced supervisors for direct hire our client’s fabricating/manufacturing facility in Kingsville. The experienced individuals will need to be able to work with various production machines and their functions, such as:

  • Large and small steel saws
  • Shears and iron work
  • Laser production machines (beneficial)

Key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

  • Schedule production, record keeping, job set up and inventory control of finished orders
  • Supervise, train and motivate employees to reach production goals on a daily basis
  • Evaluate new trainees as well as current employees
  • Improvement of workflow processes
  • Perform job set up verifications and random inspections of in process work to verify accuracy of parts

Salary: $62,000 to $75,000 per year DOE
