Overview

Our Production team is growing, and we’re looking for a Red Seal Fabricator with better-than-good welding skills, experience in manufacturing, and finesse in fabricating aluminum and stainless steel products. The magic really does happen with our Fabricators/Welders. You can take pride in knowing that everything and anything you do in a day literally transforms lives and connects communities. It’s your craftsmanship and skill that creates the features and structures installed across the globe, creating play spaces where kids can be kids.

In addition to operating welding, cutting and drilling equipment, you’ll need to be able to operate overhead cranes, as some of our products are big. Really big, like our Mega Soaker at 450 lbs and 17 feet tall.

When you’re not interpreting fabrication specs to confirm parts dimensions, or concentrating behind your shield gas tungsten arc welding, you’re constantly assessing the condition of equipment and stock levels to keep the team safe and productive and maintain our impressive quality standards.

We offer a progressive, safe, stable and collaborative work environment, where your ideas are welcomed and your opinion counts (for all things, including the soundtrack in the welding shop). We invest in our people and our technology, so you’ll enjoy building your career with us.

If this sounds like the kind of team you want to play on, you’ve attained your grade 12 and your resume includes everything outlined below, please keep reading about how to connect with us:

At least 5 years of fabrication experience (Red Seal preferred)

At least 2 years of fabricating pipe & plate in aluminum & stainless steel

At least 2 years of TIG welding pipe & plate in aluminum & stainless steel

Great to have Welding level “C” or “B” and previous experience operating a Robotic Welding Machine

Safety oriented and safety conscious, in fact, you’re a safety advocate
