TIG Welder/Fabricator
Job Summary
Reporting to the Production Supervisor the Fabricator/TIG Welder (MIG is an asset), will be responsible to be proficient in the fabrication and welding of Aluminum, Stainless Steel material thickness 0.063 up to 0.250. Also must ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and Health and Safety guidelines.
This position will complete a welding test to observe skill level during the interview and must bring a welding helmet, gloves and other required safety gear to the interview.
The successful applicant will also have the skills to take random parts, fit and weld these parts together. Knowledge of the following equipment is an asset:
– Press Brake
– Shear
-Rollers
– Iron Worker
– Drill Press
– Lathe
– Hand tools
This is a skilled position at Lorenz Conveying Products Corp.
A mechanical aptitude is an asset. The Fabricator/Welder will ensure high standards of workmanship, quality, efficiencies and meets customer needs. The successful applicant will have a minimum 3 years experience.
In addition to the applicants fabrication/welding knowledge and skills, Lorenz Conveying Products will provide training.
