CDF Distributors is searching for a Fabricator/Welder to join our team in our Jacksonville, FL location. We are changing the way the world buys doors! We are looking for an energetic person to fabricate and weld door frames and modify metal doors with flexibility to also work in shipping and door cutout machines, as needed. We are a small team, so we’re looking for someone who can transition between departments to help accomplish the goal. We are a commercial door distributor with light manufacturing, needing an ambitious and hardworking professional who does not mind working and can work an entire shift on his or her feet. We prize speed and accuracy above all else, so we require a warehouse associate who can pay careful attention on the job, follow instructions precisely, and double-check his or her work before completing a task.
Excellent attendance is a requirement. Our company offers a competitive salary, paid time off and excellent benefits as well as great opportunities for advancement. Shifts are Monday – Friday, daytime only. Some overtime may be required. Overtime pay at 1.5 times the hourly rate.
