What Would You Be Doing? Our Fitter/Welders are responsible for reading prints, fitting and welding components for production jobs. It’s a little different: we use 1/16th metal core wire and average 400 amps. These particular positions are on second shift, Monday through Thursday from 3:20 pm-1:05 am, with overtime on Fridays.
Essential Functions:
- Fitting together components for production jobs using blueprints, tack welding as required
- Welding with 1/16th metal core wire after fitting is complete
What will you need?
- Willingness to work hard and get after it
- Previous manufacturing experience using blueprints strongly preferred
- Previous welding experience required.

Our starting wage is $20.00 per hour, and we offer the opportunity for wage increases every six months, until they reach our top rate, currently $25.00 per hour. That’s for everyone…it doesn’t matter what your specific job is…. if you’re a top performer, you can get to top performer pay!
