Overview
We are looking for a few people who is interested to help welding, painting and assembling at one of our new satellite shops close to Linwood.
It is a new shop and the address there is 4555 Boomer Line RR# 1 Linwood, ON N0B 2A0 and the owners name is Robert Bauman
There they help us manufacture some items of the Baumalight product line which include attachments for all sizes of skidsteers, mid to low sizes of tractors & excavators and now also makes mini skidsteers and is manufactured here in Ontario. This is our https://baumalight.com/en/ .
This equipment is used in farming, nurseries, rental and many different light industrial applications. Some prior experience in welding will be a big asset but we also are willing to train new hires as well.
Being our company and satellite locations are so small, everyone tends to wear multiple hats so duties tend to have a bit of a variety and evolve over time, but initial duties would include welding, painting and assembling skidsteer and tractor attachments which involves applying decals, attaching hoses, assembling drive systems on hydraulic motors, attaching hoses and filling out test reports and check lists. Hoist, forklift and skidsteer operating skills are needed and again, we are happy to train as needed.
This is a fulltime job offered to local people only, we don’t have any experience in helping foreign workers get in and we are flexible on hours, some of our current employees put in a lot of over time and others non at all.
