Overview
We are a well-established home renovation company looking for a highly experienced tradesmen to join our team. Our work involves individually carrying out jobs from full home refurbishments to reactive maintenance call outs in and around London and the outskirts of London.
We are looking for flooring fitters that can install polyflor polysafe/vinyl flooring or similar safety flooring.
The candidate will be required to fit x2 floors a day, which may be at the same location or at different locations daily.
A van will be required to pick up large rolls of flooring and keep in the van for jobs.
A heat welding gun may be required for some jobs.
If you can cap and cove you will have an advantage over candidates that cannot fit cap and cove and this automatically increases your pay.
There is potential to complete other tasks on the job for additional pay if you are skilled in other trades. Please specify your skillset in your cv to be at an advantage over other applicants.
You will be an experienced construction professional who understands the process of delivering high-end quality finish and the care needed in order to get there. You will take pride in your work and be a good team player.

NVQ or C&G or any relevant trades qualifications
CSCS would be beneficial
