Overview

We are seeking a strong leader who is able to Lead a Project involving anything from pipe, structure, rigging, and fabrication. The ideal candidate will have the ability to Fit pipe, Fit structure, weld pipe (carbon, stainless, tubing) braze copper, read blue prints, install pipe runs, operate forklifts, operate telehandlers, understand food plant safety regulations. We need individuals who can do a project start to finish, do material take offs, schedule their crew, and insure the project has quality work. Pay is 25-35 an hour. This position does offer bonuses.

Job Duties include but not limited to

  • Install, modify, and make repairs to pipe, boilers, towers, exchangers, furnaces, and drums etc
  • Fabricate, modify, and make repairs to Stainless pipe (tubing up the sch 80), carbon pipe(sch 40-80) for process equipment
  • Set up equipment and weld either pipe, plate, or structural steel using arc, gas-shielded arc, or gas welding equipment
  • Work from blueprints, sketches, and specifications
  • Product quality work with reasonable efficiency
  • Perform simple piping installations and repairs
  • Additional responsibilities not listed may be required
  • Use a variety of arc and gas welding equipment
  • Must be open to participating/ learning other trades such as concrete, painting, rigging, etc

Requirements:

  • Own transportation
  • Welding certified or able to pass (1)6g test. in both carbon and stainless
  • OSHA 10 or equivalent (preffered not required)
  • Valid drivers license
  • Able to pass drug test

Work Location: Tyler/Longview/Palestine area.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour
