We are a small family owned company in the process of growing. We are looking for a hard worker to join our small team. To be considered you must be a smart, competent, team player, willing and able to learn quickly.
Ideal Candidate
Must be versatile and able to do many different tasks
Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English
Decent mathematical skills
Problem solver not problem creator
Welding experience a bonus, willing to train, ticket not required
Team player who is able to work as part of a team
Shows initiative and is a hard worker
Duties of a General Labourer- welder
Welding Department: Assist in welding department welding our shafts or fabricating other products by following work orders. Does not require welding ticket. Experience a benefit. Will be trained by senior fabricator.
Qualifications and Skills
Education and Experience is an asset but not necessary. We are looking for candidate who are interested in growing with our company and interested in building a career.
Candidates who already have a valid 3rd party Fork Lift training certificate will be preferred
All candidates must have MOL H&S Awareness training certificate
Any other certifications would be a benefit. We will train candidates for required certifications.
Other Requirements
Candidates must supply their own CSA approved Metatarsal safety boots
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
