Job Requirements:
You will be responsible for overseeing daily installation activities of multiple crews doing multiple tasks on site. A highly organized leader able to perform under pressure in this fast paced industry is a must. This position requires the highest level of quality while adhering to project specifications and safety procedures.
The primary responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Oversee the installation of composite geomembrane liner systems
- Coordinate all aspects of installation to maximize efficiency and maintain quality of final product
- Coordinate & communicate with project management
- Assist with project planning
- Oversee the deployment of geosynthetic material
- Oversee of geosynthetic seaming
- Oversee of quality control
- Manage project according to ECI’s standard policies/procedures and in accordance with customer/project specifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in the supervision of installing geomembrane systems with knowledge of on-site quality control, material testing procedures and construction safety requirements
- Minimum grade 12 education
- Must pass pre-employment and periodic site drug and alcohol testing
- Must have strong written and communication skills
- Good supervisory, training and leadership skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- A proven track record of safety, quality and productivity
- Must be physically fit
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
- Vehicle and a clean driver’s abstract
- Out of town travel required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $33.25-$44.00 per hour
