Overview
ArcTech Manufacture Ltd. is looking for a crew of glass fabricator/ manufacture technicians to join our glass manufacture production line.
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in a similar or related role
Job duties
- Glaziers cut, fit, temper and pack glass for residential, commercial and industrial buildings, for exterior / interior walls and railings.
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine type and thickness of glass, frame, installation procedure and materials required
- Measure and mark glass and cut glass using glass cutters or computerized cutter
- Prepare and temper glass
- Pack glass for shipping and handling
- May prepare cost estimates for customers or clients

- Mechanical: Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, benefits, repair, and maintenance
- Mathematics: Knowledge of numbers, their operations, and interrelationships including arithmetic
- Production and Processing: Knowledge of inputs, outputs, raw materials, waste, quality control, costs, and techniques for maximizing the manufacture and distribution of goods.
Work Conditions
- Physical ability to lift up at least 50lbs;
- Safety equipment will be required, e.g. steel-toed safety boots, safety glasses/goggles, etc.
- Hazards associated with the trade;
The successful candidate is required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or be willing to get vaccinated before their start date.

Salary: $18.00-$26.00 per hour
