As part of our growth, we have an immediate opening for an Experienced Fabricator/ Glazier for our dynamic team.
We are looking for a reliable, hard-working, motivated individual with experience in the glazing and aluminum cladding field.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Cut, fit, and manufacture glass and aluminum sunroom wall panels
- Measure and cut glass and acrylic panels
- Operate machinery to manufacture aluminum and insulated roof panels
- Communicate with lead-hand, co-workers, and supervisors
- Operate shop equipment such as cranes, forklift, and other lifts
- Load and unload materials and supplies
- Read blueprints
- Inspect systems for quality control
- Adhere to all site safety requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Fabricating and/or Glazing industry – commercial aluminum window and door frames, curtain walls.
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine the type of glass, frame, installation procedure, and materials required..
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
