Stål Timber is an award winning custom furniture manufacturer that has been serving designers, architects, and custom home builders since 2012. We specialize in blending metal fabrication and woodworking to create beautiful furniture and fixtures that will last a lifetime.
We are looking for people who have a drive or passion to build and create beautiful furnishings. We are an expanding company with great growth opportunity.
Some duties and responsibilities include:
- Prepping / cleaning raw steel and wood for production
- Cutting steel
- Welding – MIG / GMAW and others
- Finishing of metals
- Reading and interpreting plans and follow build instructions
- Following safety guidelines in use of various hand and power tools
- Customer interaction in shop and during furniture delivery
Qualifications:
- Professional attitude
- Eagerness to learn about the industry and trade
- Fluent in English
- Attention to detail
- Basic math skills
- Problem solving skills
- Must be able to lift at least 65 pounds consistently
- Ability to focus on the project on hand in a shop environment
- Ability to communicate well with the team
- High School Grad or GED equivalent
- Drug Fee
- Current Drivers license and transportation to work required

Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
